The Military Diet is a 3-day diet plan, that can make you lose up to 10 pounds. In these 3 days, you eat small portions and a right combination of food. It will make you intake very low amount of calories, which is the reason why the results are coming that fast. Do not worry, you do not need to serve the Military in order this diet to work :). You just need to stick to the plan and everything will be just right!

Since I’ve tried it personally, I will try to bring you closer to every exact happening of mine over the 3 days since this is a 3-day diet plan as we just said above.

In fact, nobody says going through any diet is easy. Keep that in mind. It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life. But, strong will and a determination are crucial. If you are unsure whether you can endure the 3-day diet plan process, don’t even start it. However, if you are able to hold on to these 3 days, trust me, you will never let go! Because of we, the people, not until we see results, we are able to believe in something and transform that something into our priority!

Well, with the Military diet plan, the first results will come after 3 days, and then, you’ll learn how to combine food, take fewer calories and smaller food portions. However, the better results follow! Do not think that you’ll get an active and instant weight loss. You also need to know, that is completely safe for everyone, while also being perfect for vegetarians!

Weight loss counts as an achievement! Believe me, being fat might seem OK to you and not that bad. Ok, I can understand that, but, without trying to do anything about it or being lazy… well, that’s just so wrong and that’s why I am writing this down for you.

Now, I will lead you through the Military diet plan, more precisely said, the 3 days that changed my life! You can see the days as they come below:

Day 1: Time for changes

My thoughts inside of my head were: How the hell with just a 3 days of eating healthy food is going to help me. Well, you’ll see below how and what actually was happening throughout the 3 days. I will leave my personal review about how I was feeling, just keep on reading below.

Military Diet - Day 1 Diet Plan

Breakfast:

  • a cup of tea (preferably dark tea) or coffee
  • a slice of toast (preferably wholegrain)
  • 2 tbsps. peanut butter
  • 1/2 grapefruit

Lunch:

  • a slice of toast
  • 1/2 cup of tuna
  • a cup of coffee or dark tea of your choice

Dinner:

  • a 3-oz (85g) of any meat
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream (preferably coconut milk ice cream or similar)

The first feelings

So, I weighed myself, I was 199 pounds (and I am 5ft 4inches tall). I am not going to lie, I was excited, and a little bit scared, but I was determined that I need changes! I didn’t know what to expect, but I was sure that cravings for food will come, and I was right. Breakfast went well and I was extremely happy because I can drink coffee (I am a coffee lover). After the breakfast, lots of energy was going through my veins! I was fresh and happy. With that positive attitude, I went to work. My day started awesomely.

I was busy, but I didn’t forget to drink lots of water! Before lunch, I was feeling extremely hungry. After having lunch and coffee, I felt like I want something sweet. My mind was all over a delicious chocolate. No way, I said and turned my thoughts away from that. After all, we are talking about weight loss, right? The cravings were gone. I came home, starving. Started preparing the dinner. The dinner in this diet is like heaven. Having an Ice cream? Oh yeah, that is what I need! After that, I was tired and went to bed fully satisfied because the first day was gone, and I did great! Do not worry, you’ll make it too!

Day 2: Feeling the clarity itself

On the second day, you are going to intake approximately 1200 calories. Let’s see what exactly down below.

Military Diet - Day 2 Diet Plan

Breakfast:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • a cup of coffee or some dark tea

Lunch:

  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 5 saltine crackers
  • 1 cup of coffee or tea

Dinner:

  • 2 hot dogs (no bun)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of carrots
  • 1/2 broccoli, cup
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

The second and really exciting day

Clarity followed by a pure energy was felt for the first time in my life. However, My first thought was: I need food. I went to the kitchen, prepared the breakfast and the coffee. After having this breakfast, I didn’t feel extremely full, but not hungry as well. I said to myself: This Military diet plan is amazing! I went to work and took my lunch with me. Again, I had a busy day, drank lots of water, but that day, my cravings were bigger. I was constantly seeing someone eating a burger or some pancakes.

Damn, I thought, I would give everything for one pancake right now! I couldn’t stop thinking about food. I felt crisis. Then, the words of my doctor haunted my mind. I was thinking like, drinking water will help. I drank one whole bottle of water, and I felt full. Easy, I thought. Cravings disappeared. I have strong character, and I love the Military diet for real.

5 o’clock. Time to head home. By the time I came home, it was dinner time! My favorite time of the day. The delicious ice cream made me happy. I thought: If it was the old and fat Melissa, I would have eaten the whole ice cream! Amazing. My husband was trolling me about joining the Military while my son started seeing a change in me. I was finally feeling positive and happy again. My husband said: It seem’s like “joining the Military” works very well for you! 🙂 This was just another motivation plus. However, this is not the time to stop holding to the nice Military diet.

Day 3: The Third Charm

Alright, you can see the needed food below for our third day. It’s a total of total of around 1100 calories.

Breakfast:

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 5 saltine crackers
  • 1 small apple
  • a cup of coffee or any dark tea

Lunch:

  • a slice of toast
  • 1 egg (cooked as you like)
  • a cup of coffee or tea

Dinner:

  • 1 cup of tuna
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

The third day, changes are about to come

Another day of waking up full of energy. But this time, I wasn’t that hungry as yesterday. I prepared the breakfast, enjoyed my coffee and went to work. It was also a freaking busy and messy day again. I was looking at people eating all kind of food, but now I wasn’t desperate in my cravings because I felt strong. I’ve had the feeling like the Military diet was really working. My eating habits are changing! I drank two liters of water that day. After lunch time, I kinda felt like extremely full. I was amazed by the results. Only two days passed and the diet plan is already working? 1 egg and a toast is satisfying my needs? So, I was amazed.

Experiencing different things

While enjoying the beautiful coffee, the work continues. Dinner time came fast. I was preparing my dinner while looking at the ice cream. Having an Ice Cream doesn’t hold you that strict like other diet plans without having any kind of results. So, this is one of the reasons I started loving it in first place. The same nice feeling was all over my body. I was like, this freaking Military diet is working great for me. After that, I wanted to go and weigh myself so bad, but no, I thought, I will weigh tomorrow. Being kind of scared from the results, I went to bad. I was asking myself: What will the results show? Did I succeed? Thinking about this, I fell asleep.

The next morning I woke up, felt energetic and ran to the scale and stepped on it. First of all, I couldn’t believe my own eyes, but that was just real. Started screaming and my husband woke up. I lost 10 pounds, I screamed like I won the lottery! I can’t describe the happiness. By following a 3-day diet plan, I am 10 pounds less! For real, I love the Military diet, just love it! I feel healthier, I am healthier and pretty sure I will continue to be!

Weight loss is what we need both for healthy food and a good look ;). Right?

My conclusion

Guys, I was holding to the diet plan every week for 3 days, but the other 4 days of the week, I was extremely careful and looking to intake less calories, did some changes with the diet’s menu, and continued to hold on to combining the right food! After a month, I visited my doctor again. He did my blood tests and came back with positive results. At first look, everything was NORMAL. I was also feeling really healthy! Trust me, there is no better feeling of getting the energy again, feeling happy and to know that not only you did good for yourself, but also for people who love you and care about you and your health!

Today, I still hold to the 3 days Military diet plan. With just a little bit of changes and I’ve completely changed my eating habits. Eating lower amount of calories, small portions and also drinking a lot of water is what everyone should start doing right now!

I really do see this eating plan as a substitute to serving the Military, since I remember a relative of mine, my cousin, did lose a lot of weight when serving the Military. I am not sure, but I really think that the actual name comes from there. Losing weight while eating healthy food is what everyone needs. Believe me, if you read this, start using it right now. That’s why I’ve decided to record myself and upload the videos on youtube on how I’ve felt during the 3 days. 3 life-changing days. Vegetables and fruits are also my substitutions for junk food! Trust me, it was also hard at the beginning, but now, I am a better person.

Should you try it?

Following this eating plan is a perfect way to change your life habits and not just lose pounds. Don’t be a skeptic person and try this 3-day diet plan, results will come FOR SURE, but only if you stick to it. You’ll need to be a tough-minded person in order to do that. “Joining the Military is the way to go”. It will make you almost both unbeatable and successful on every field. Due to that, help yourself and make your life a lot more beautiful.

What I love to tell you is that this Military diet plan makes you love it like nothing ever before. However, being patient, tolerant and following the schedule is a must!

Note: You need to be aware that the results from the Military diet are different for everyone. Don’t lose hope if you lose less than 10 pounds, but hold on to this diet, continue to do the diet every week, and eat healthy the other 4 days of the week, and I promise you, the happiness will be at your doorstep!
